    S.I.R. (Società Italiana Resine) was founded.

  2. 1948

    S.I.R. (Società Italiana Resine) was acquired by Angelo Rovelli.

  1. 1988

    MONTEDISON Group acquired S.I.R.

  2. 1996

    P.&R. Holding acquired S.I.R.

  1. 1998

    S.I.R. acquired SPREA Chemicals (a manufacturer of epoxy resins), based in Castelseprio (VA).

  2. 2013

    S.I.R. went global by reaching an important symbolic goal exporting more than 60% of its production worldwide.

  1. 2014

    Launch of the SIRION AK family for the development of new technologies and new sales markets.

  2. 2022

    S.I.R. begins its journey of sustainability.

    Installation of a photovoltaic plant for the development of energy from renewable sources.
