Unsaturated orthophthalic polyester resin, diluted in styrene, with low reactivity and medium viscosity.
Application
SIRESTER® FSG 0819 is a special material suitable for the production of flexible systems, in particular for gelcoat, bonding pastes and coating formulations; it provides excellent compatibility with different resins, pigments and fillers and very high elongation at break; this material is not supposed to be used as sole binder for glass fibre reinforced plastics.
